Homemade Breads & Rolls
We scale and measure each artisan bread and sandwich loaf bread from scratch in our bakery. Each loaf of bread is shaped and slashed by hand, and baked fresh daily. We use unbleached flour, whole grains, and absolutely no preservatives in each batch of bread and rolls and our steam-injected ovens give our loaves a distinctive shine. From crusty loaf breads to soft sandwich loaves, our bakery creates artisan breads from focaccia to Rustic Tuscan Bread with semolina. It's amazing what can develop from five simple ingredients: flour, water, yeast, salt, and passion. Our selections change daily, and the breads listed below are a taste of what we have to offer. Bread Schedule: Our breads change daily and rotate by the day of the week:
Wednesday: Cracked Flax Oat & Bulgur, Harvest Grains, Rustic Dipping
